Saw a peahen cross the road.</p><p>2. There was a peachick with the peahen crossing the road.</p><p>3. There was a second peachick with the first peachick and the peahen crossing the road.</p><p>Sadly I couldn't pull over to take a pic, but there was a large gap between parked cars so I got a good look. I hear them calling every day, but I haven't actually seen one in weeks.</p>

Probably every other Mastodonian already knows about this treasure, but if you like to read and haven't visited it, put this on your agenda. Just when I was getting my procrastinating habit under control... 😆</p><p>Money came in a day early, so we got our provisions order in for pick-up tomorrow. Loading up on goodies for Mom, too. I did my 300th <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/Peloton" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Peloton</span></a> cycle this week - a 45 min PowerZone endurance ride with Hannah F. <br>2. I also reached a 104 week streak which means I've used the app every week for 2 years<br>3. Two years ago I barely made it though a 5 minute warm up ride. Now I use the app for everything from cycling and rowing to yoga, stretching and meditation</p><p>No, I don't recognise myself either</p><p>Interestingly, (or boringly depending on how you rate other people's fitness updates) I would have used the app every day except that I forgot once on holiday and once when I had covid on my 1 year anniversary!</p>

Good 30 mile visibility of Lundy island out in the Bristol channel.</p></li><li><p>40k cycling routine achieved despite feeling it was in the balance whether I should even do any exercise at all beforehand.</p></li><li><p>Vacuumed and dusted the whole house. Won't have to do it for another three months now.</p></li></ul>

I love those kinds of beginnings.<br>😊 I walked around a few clerks with a client, which is a big scary tattooed guy who just got out of prison. I found out he's actually a shy guy who really needs someone to look out for him.<br>😊 After the zen practice we sat down for tea and chatted.</p>

Thunderstorms were fierce, but no damage to house or cars.<br>2. Managed to walk the thunderstorm-phobic dog when I got up at 4 (she wouldn't go out at bedtime due to storms), and was able to get back to sleep again. No puddles in house!<br>3. Predicted HIGH temp for Saturday is 82!</p>

My sister got her last chemo treatment and rang the bell. I'm so proud of her and thankful to the Oncology team.</p><p>2. Really enjoyed the recent freelance work and the client seemed super happy. They also paid immediately, which was very cool.</p><p>3. My old Intel® Mac laptop was getting crazy sluggish over the past 6 months, apparently due to a 'fileproviderd' memory leak in Sequoia. Ran a virus scan, jettisoned about 250Gb of garbage and now it runs smoothly again. What a relief.</p>
