I am down that road too: low carb chocoholic (now moving on to cocoa nibs) with 6 hours of feed window 5 days a week. </p><p>I am 58 years old and insulin resistant. The above nutritional changes plus 40 min of strenght/cardio training every other day, have given me a new lease on life.</p><p>My own two bits: walnuts, pecanas, macadamias and avocado provide a lot of healty fats and Omega3/6 balance. When taken at the end of the feeding window, they make the 18 hr fast a piece of... err meatpie 🙄 !</p><p>I also make my own cannabinoid extracts. In fact, I started taking CBD soon after it became legal here, some years before I knew I was autistic.</p><p>I now use oil rather than capsules, because oil gives me finer control over the dose and it works out cheaper than other formats. You do have to be careful not to spill it on your top, though: it stains.</p><p>I've used <a href="https://infosec.space/tags/GinkgoBiloba" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GinkgoBiloba</span></a> for several decades. Yo hago "marigüanol" para mi madre de 82, que también padece de artrosis. Hace un par de años tuvo una caída y ahora lleva prótesis de titanio en muñeca y tobillo.</p><p>Este ungüento de CBN + CBD le ayuda a dormir sin dolor.</p><p>El Cannabinol (CBN) es activador de receptores CB2, con mayor presencia en hígado, periferia del cuerpo, sistema inmune, piel y huesos. </p><p>El CBD es necesario modulador pero como explica este estudio, el control del dolor (analgesia) es mayor si ambos CBN y CBD están presentes en cantidades parecidas. Una vez cocida pasas esta mezcla por filtros de papel para café. Ya limpia sin materia vegetal la mezclas con una parte igual de manteca de cacao derretida y calientas de nuevo, agitando constantemente hasta emparejar.</p><p>Yo uso 4 gr de flor seca desmenuzada por cada 100 ml de aceite.
