</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/deltachat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>deltachat</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/jitsimeet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>jitsimeet</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/messenger" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>messenger</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/email" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>email</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/mail" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>mail</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/openspurce" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>openspurce</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/foss" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>foss</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.de/tags/instantmessaging" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>instantmessaging</span></a></p>

The more people use tools like Signal for everyday chats, the harder it becomes for bad actors to single out those who *need* it for sensitive conversations. It’s a small step with a big collective impact—thanks for spreading the word!</p><p>On a side note, I’ve found Delta Chat to be a great alternative for those who want to avoid tying their identity to a phone number. It’s email-based, decentralized, and works even if your contacts aren’t on the same platform. That said, Signal is still the easiest option for most people to adopt, so I’m right there with you on recommending it as a starting point!</p><p>PS: I’ve been there with vitamin D deficiency. It’s sneaky how much it can affect your energy levels! I’d also add that fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) can build up in the body, so it’s worth monitoring levels if you’re supplementing long-term. </p><p><a href="https://hear-me.social/tags/DeltaChat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DeltaChat</span></a></p>

Delta Chat<p>Woah! Delta Chat<p><a href="https://chaos.social/tags/deltachat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>deltachat</span></a> is being used in virtually all world regions where one or more other messengers fail to work. We recently released a major milestone (V2 security hardening releases) that prepared the ground for chat profiles to have multiple <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/chatmail" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>chatmail</span></a> relays at once ... failure or blocking of a single relay would not disrupt chatting anymore. But multi transport also helps with the "centralization problem in decentralized systems" ... <a href="https://delta.chat/en/2025-06-04-surge-donations#funding-for-a-globally-scaled-chatmail-relay-network" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">delta.chat/en/2025-06-04-surge</span><span class="invisible">-donations#funding-for-a-globally-scaled-chatmail-relay-network</span></a><br>(Funding is looking good currently btw!)</p>
