I did it!
I found the video clip I couldn't remember the artist for, nor the song or any lyrics, but only the general gist of the video.
So after extensive searching for descriptions and looking at recommended artists in videos that kinda looked/sounded like what I remembered, finally I struck gold!

Blonde Redhead is another highlight for me. If you're a fan of Rick and Morty, you might recognize their ethereal soundscapes. I'm captivated by the vibe of their music, and I'm eager to experience it live.
