Make pretty. BLO. Paste Wax. #woodworking
Drank the cold coffee and it did work.
Was going to dig potatoes, but the handle broke off the tool immediately, so instead I whittled a new handle from a log I had laying around.
Should've built that shavehorse I was thinking about recently
This sounds like the kind of book I need most right now.
“Fourteen years after the release of "The Anarchist's Tool Chest," Christopher Schwarz spent almost a year revising every sentence and idea in the book. The result is a text that is even more pointed than the original. The message: Buy good tools (here's how). Build a chest to protect them. And while you're at it... quit corporate America.”

I think this is an excellent summary of today's #WoodWorking project.
If you look closely, you can spot three mishaps.
Took off the clamps after work. Glue joint is solid. The actual angles aren’t as good as I had hoped but it still looks pretty good. #woodworking
Closet 4 evolution continues, and the crémaillère hanging system continues to be very versatile. In addition to the saw till (with accompanying accessories shelf), I’ve added a drawknife till and a brace/drill till (with shelf for auger bits; custom boxes still to come).
These tills use double slats with ‘half-lap tenons’ on wider braces.
The whole closet is adjustable. No glue or screws. Upcycled palette wood.
I can finally see what I have!
It's a slow, idle and quiet August monday. Here's an improvised bench for a couple, or one cat. It's in ash, and made with one plane, one saw, one drawknife, one square and one cordless drill ; last summer in the center of the world. #woodworking
Shaped and glued on moulding. #woodworking
Cut one piece of moulding wrong but I think I recovered it. #woodworking
