Yesterday I ordered an HM2 kit from Musikding. I have someone on hand who is fully into this whole pedal building thing anyway. He'll solder the pedal together for me and I'll do the design. Below is the first draft

Pizza Box Pedalboard.
This is not for transporting pedals to gigs!
It's for keeping things tidy, dust free and smelling of pizza at home.
Small used pizza box with amp, tuner and looper pedal.
The amp power and speaker lead go through the holes at the back, guitar is plugged in bottom right.
Power for the tuner and looper top right, using my volts power inverter and splitter cable.
Stuff gaffer taped in place.
I'll buy a metal case when i get $$$.

Has anyone around here ever tested the Behringer HM300 or TC Eyemaster? These are sort of Boss HM2 clones. I really like the classic swedish death metal sound but the HM2 is ridiculously expensive for being a one trick pony.
Help me out here #GearSquad. I have my #MustangMicroPlus on an empty preset (the #FenderTone app just shows "studio preamp" in its chain. It's connected to my PC with USB, and I have #ASIO4ALL up with the MMP selected for both in and out. When I open #Amplitube 5, I just get a feedback loop from my PC speakers (no matter what output I have selected in the OS sound settings).

Just ordered some new P bass pickups for my Mustang bass.
The goal here is to pick up as many of the mid-high harmonics that are available on a short scale. I have a DiMarzio Ultra Jazz in the bridge position, which sounds great recorded. Still a little thin live though, so I’m hoping these give me a little something extra when soloing the P pickup.

#GearSquad , Joe Don decided to use the AMP1 after seeing me use it last year, so we took the second picture to send to Thomas Blug. I was not aware of Jay's participation until much later 
But that picture 100% gives a flavor of what it's like to work with these guys!
So I have always used these basic, cheap nylon guitar straps (the oldest is from the 90s and still works just fine) but now I need something that's wider and doesn't slip because my fairly new guitar is a bit neck heavy. But I want a vegan friendly strap, so leather/suede is not an option. Any recommendations for vegan "leather" straps for electric guitars, and something that ships from within the EU?

Messing around in the basement playing with the final mix on this short original blues tune. Five tracks. Drum track, Danelectro 59M guitar, Hohner Special 20 harp in key of B, Fender MIM p-bass and my vocal track. Harp mic is Apex 327 dynamic and vocal mic is Apex 550 FET condenser. Who wants to help me be strong? There's a hardware synth I covet on sale at eBay for a *really* good price -- like 75% the cost it usually goes for -- and I have the money (sort of) BUT...
1) I'm in the middle of a move and a) don't have time to use it & b) would have to deal with packing it
2) Perhaps more important, I absolutely DO NOT need it! I *just* bought V Collection X like 2 months ago and I haven't even tried everything that comes with it...
