Suss out what it is each person needs to know</p><p>2. Give them that information,</p><p>and, just as importantly,</p><p>3. Make them feel connected to and welcomed.</p><p>All three are why, despite this task causing me recurring dread/anxiety/executive dysfunction b/c I'm a hot mess, I'm not gonna outsource any part of it to an "AI" (LLM).</p><p>EVER.</p>

LeBoeuf (she/her)<p>I'm one of the point-people for Track Set-up in my <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/RollerDerby" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RollerDerby</span></a> league.</p><p>I also, as it turns out, have a more severe texture aversion to chalk dust than I hitherto realized, going by how hard it was to convince myself to TOUCH the track set-up bag which is coated in the stuff, so that I could empty it out and wash it it preparatory to mending it</p><p>This is an extremely inconvenient combination of personality trait + leadership role.</p><p>That's all. I just wanted to gripe. Thank you.</p>
