Little ventriloquist dummy makeup tutorial: STEP 1. To make your lower lip and chin look detached from the rest of your face, apply shading in brown eyeshadow. STEP 2. Highlight protruding areas with light face paint. STEP 3. Darken your lips with black face paint or lipstick. STEP 4. Chatter away!
