40 years ago this week, "The Ghost In You" by #PsychedelicFurs entered the #Top100 at 85. It peaked at 59 on 23 Jun 1984. This is one of the bands that surprises me to look back on. I have such strong memories of their music, but they only had one hit in the top 40, and that one doesn't sound familiar. @top40yearsago I would not have heard them at all if not for mixtapes made by my much cooler friends. I saw them live (and free!) in a park next to the Erie Canal once. They seemed very angry to be playing for free in a park next to the Erie Canal.
