I think #ToolFree #RemoveableBatteries should be made #mandatory per law as a matter of #FireSafety, #ConsumerProtection and #EnvoirmentalProtection.
The problem is inherent in the design of non - #ToolFree #replaceable #LithiumIon and #LithiumPolymer batteries AND the fact that this #dangerous #Battery design is even legal.
This problem doesn't exist with #LiFePO4 cells and those ain't that bad either...
In fact, they won't become #DangerPillow|s nor age terribly and they hold longer on lower partial discharges...
Still, I am looking for something that comes close to my #Fairphone3plus since #Fairphone doesn't offer the #Fairphone3+ anymore and all subsequent models neither have real #DualSIM nor #HeadphoneJack and both are -like a #toolfree-replaceable and swappable battery - non-negotiable #MustHave - Features...
So if you find some good #Android device that does that and isn't instant #Abandonware like the #Unihertz #Jelly Series with their #GluedInBatteries let me know down below...
