hmmmm. multiples of a brand new nuclear reactor design are to be built at Darlington: the GE Hitachi BWRX-300. if these SMRs are delivered on-time and not-above budget that would be an absolute miracle. and they're damn well not green - the extremely nasty nuclear waste still has to go somewhere
